"That's my BOYFRIEND. He's MINE. So HAH!"
So anyway...I never posted about Bucs! And right now I'm waiting for DK to come over and I don't feel like doing any more work today...so I figured now is as good of a time as any.
Ok, Saturday.
So first we had to go pick up JWaz and then go to DK's house ("Old School" is on now). Haha, we got to the Waz's house and I go up to the door and knock and a little boy answers and he just LOOKS at me and I'm like, "Is Jonathon here?" and he goes, "Yeah...JONATHON! There's a GIRL here for you!!!" it was HYSTERICAL. ;D
After we got dropped off and all of us piled into the van and we were off! Me, Andrew (DK's little brother, he's a freshman), and JWaz (freshman too) all talked about high school and what it's like and different classes and finding your way around and what all the teachers are like and general stuff like that. It was actually a pretty good conversation. I found out that Andrew can actually talk. ;D Once you get him going, he just GOES (like DK...haha!). Turns out he's nervous about high school...so I tried my best to reassure him it isn't that bad. It was HILARIOUS cause talking to Andrew ("It's Gonna Be Love"...I'll just update when it's a new song) I noticed SO many similarities between him and DK when they talk. Just their general mannerisms. How they phrase certain things. How, if they don't have an answer, they kinda pause, breathe in slowly, sway back and forth (or turn their head to the side if they're sitting down), and just give a general answer, like, "Yeah...well..." or "Whatever". Very funny. :]
Haha! When we were getting closer to the stadium DK was texting me, asking how close we were and all that ("Must Have Done Something Right") and so I was telling everyone in the van what he was saying and all that, and then randomly I asked, "Does anyone have chapstick?" and DK's mom said something like, "We're five minutes away from him, there's no way we can get chapstick to him right now" and I'm like, "Uh...no...the chapstick was for ME." It was great. ;D
Once we got there we parked (the parking helper people duder thingeys were VERY good, all smiles, those peeps NEVER smile, I was impressed ;D), and then got into the stadium and found our seats. We sat on Side One, three seats from the top, on the 35. They were GREAT seats. I LOVED them. So we sit and I get another text, this one from Jake, and I look and see he's coming up the steps to come sit with us. It was cool to get to see him, JWaz wasn't too happy though, THAT was funny. He was like, "We've already seen Jake like THREE TIMES at Band Camp...we have to see him AGAIN???" ("The Jazz Police")
Then DK came up and sat with us!!!! I was happy I got to see him before the show, even though he hadn't SHOWERED!!! ;D
So he sat with us for like 30 minutes or something like that and we're all sitting there waiting for the competition to start and ALL OF A SUDDEN, this voice comes over the loud speaker, "Due to the weather, we are asking everyone to please get out of their seats and move to the parking area under the building directly to our left closest to the stadium. Thank you."
I was like GAH. WE HAVE THE BEST SEATS. I DON'T WANT TO MOVE. But we had to...so EVERYONE in the stadium got up and either went to their car or the garage place. Jake and JWaz went to Jake's car to get Jake's jacket (it was getting cold) and then the plan was that they would run back up to our seats once it stopped raining to reserve them for everyone else.
So for like half an hour...I stood in the center of this parking lot thingy under a bowling alley I think it was? Yeah...did absolutely nothing. Just stood there...DK called once but I could barely here him cause apparently he was in a car with some of the other Bucs guys and they were having a good time and messing around with high notes and stuff. But I met this guy named Eddie via speaker phone. :P
The rain let up around 7:29 (show was supposed to start at 7), and so we walked back up to the stadium and got our same seats. YESSSSS.
Some more of the helper dudes were handing out paper towels so we could wipe down the stands (it was REALLY REALLY WET) but they didn't help at all...so I was like, whatever, I'll have a wet butt, I'll live. Jake tried to wipe it off with his jacket, but it didn't really help anything.
And then...GUESS WHAT. IT STARTED RAINING AGAIN. And not just like a drizzle...it RAINED. HARD. So ALL AROUND ME I see people whip out their umbrellas and jackets and just...LOTS OF WATER PROOF STUFF. And I'm just sitting there with NOTHING. I'm in shorts and a T-shirt...and it's pouring...so Jake picked up his already soaking sweatshirt and held it over his head and me, him, and JWaz tried to fit under it but it didn't really work, so I just gave up and sat in the rain.
Haha! There was a funny moment though...me and Jake were just talking about really random things and those silly Facebook quiz thingies came up ("Showpiece") and we were talking about those ones where it's like, "If you were in a zombie movie, would you die first?" that stuff. And he's like, "Yeah...you'd die first Rachel...sorry." and sitting right in front of us were these two elderly ELDERLY men and one of them mumbled to the other, "I'M gonna kill them before the zombie does if they don't SHUT UP." I DIED. It was great. ;D
The show finally started, and an alumni group went first (just standing, they don't march) and they were fun, not the cleanest but it was enjoyable.
Then the first competition group...Shenadoah something or other...they STANK ("Nothing Left To Show"). It was painful to watch. OUR marching band was better than them at our first show last year...North Penn...*shudder*
The corps that followed were ok...but I was LITERALLY shaking the entire time. Naked chicken bumps galore...
During the intermission ("Chasing Cars"), me, JWaz, and Jake walked out to his truck, got in, and CRANKED up the heat! We were ALL freezing. We sat in there for about 30 minutes (we missed one of the corps...) and then walked back to the stadium, got some food (I saw my AP teacher from last year!!!!!!!! BEST TEACHER EVA. Well...him and Mr. Murphy), and then went back to our seats.
The corp that went on before the Bucs was pretty good, I really enjoyed their music and they had some great visual stuff too. They also had this one guard guy who was just...AMAZING. I noticed him earlier on in the show, and pretty much the rest of the time I just watched him. I mean, he could be doing the same thing as everybody else but it just looked so much BETTER. And he didn't drop at ALL during the show. AMAZING.
Haha, after that corp finished someone behind us said, "The Bucs are gonna have competition tonight" and I just LAUGHED.
Then the Bucs came to the field...I love those uniforms. Oh man...so good... ("Never Again")
The whole time they were setting up and all that good stuff we were trying to find DK. It was SO funny. We were like, "There he is!" and I'd be like, "Jake...that person's carrying a TRUMPET."/"...oh."
Then we found him by the 15!!! And yes, we screamed his name. :] :] :]
I had told myself I would follow him through the show, but once it started my eyes went EVERYWHERE. The pit, the guard, the tubas, the...EVERYTHING. It was just AMAZING. There needs to be a better word to describe how BEYAWESOM it was...beyawesom doesn't even cover it...BUCAWESOM? I dunno...I'll have to work on that...
But it was just so good...I LOVED it. And then at one point ("Tight") I found DK and followed him for a little while, but then I lost him!!!!!!!! :(
It was the COOLEST feeling though, watching it and knowing that he was there, he was a part of it. It's funny...cause he talks about it ALL THE TIME. But after seeing it, it was like, well DUHHHHHHHHHH. I was SO proud of him, and I dunno how to describe it...but it's like you watch something that's totally amazing and you're just blown away and then you think about how HE'S down there and he's worked on this for SO LONG. Me saying I was proud of him doesn't even begin to cover it. It was like, "Oh yeah, you BETTER believe I know someone in Bucs. And guess what? You see that amazing marcher down there? Yeah? That's my BOYFRIEND. He's MINE. So HAH!!!" kinda like that...except MORE. I LOVED it, it was just amazing...
The ride home was fun ("Sadie Hawkins Dance") but DK was EXHAUSTED. It was funny...he'd tell me something and then two minutes later he'd tell me the SAME THING. He didn't even realize he was doing it! So the rest of the night was good, but seeing the show was the best part by FAR.

Sternum... ;D
Practice started outside, but then we had to quickly move indoors cause of the rain, so we did some stretching and block stuff in the gym. I think it was some of the best sideways marching I've ever done. :] And it was HYSTERICAL cause we were doing different tempos and stuff and Mr. O. kept saying, "Sternum! Sternum! STERNUM!" but obviously people weren't turning their sternums to the front. So he stopped us at one part and was just like, "Ok, I've been trying not to use this word cause it's a little inappropriate but I think I'm allowed to use it here for educational purposes, I think it'll make us all better. So when I say STERNUM just imagine that I'm actually saying BOOBIES." Everyone started CRACKING UP. And what's even funnier, is that a lot of the people with the 'sternum' issues before, got better. So that'll probably be a band joke for awhile... ;D
Then we went into sectionals, worked on some stuff, and then lunch time! I tallied up the final points and...*drumroll*...the Woodwinds/Low Voices won!!!! YES. :] The whole week there were times when people were like, "Eh...the points don't really matter" but they did to me! I'm a LITTLE competitive...
After lunch we went back outside (it had cleared up for a bit), and cleaned parts at the end of Part Three. I'm finally feeling good about the swaying part at 46. I'm kinda really curious to see what that all looks like...hmm...
So we had been outside for about 15 minutes and all of a sudden (like literally, it just HIT ME) I felt SICK. Stomach. Bad. Cramps. Ugh. It was bearable though, just rather uncomfortable and hard to focus on other stuff.
Then we got back into sectionals and I felt like I was gonna die...my cramps have NEVER been that bad before. I felt like such a wimp...at the end of exercises I'd sit down when everyone else was standing...ugh...I hated myself...
Amy gave me some of her pretzels to try and help, but they didn't really do much good. But I pushed through, I wasn't gonna sit out. Then after practice was done we got pizza and soda and it helped a LOT. Like BOOM, I was sick, and then BOOM, I felt better. It was the most BIZARRE thing. So I was fine...for about an hour. And then BOOM again...yugh. Luckily I've been fine all of today.
Oh! Haha! Funny moment!!! Ok, so I was in the back room wanting to throw up SO badly (cause then you know you'll feel better) and DK was with me, and at like the SAME EXACT time I leaned in to hug him, Jordan comes in and asks some random question. Then he's like, "Oh...oops...sorry, I"m interrupting you guys." It was HILARIOUS.
So then it was a joke the rest of the night.
Then came our Parent Preview!!! It was inside (boo!) but I don't think I would have been able to do my best if it had been outside cause I wasn't feeling well again. So...thanks God! ;D
We started with a Drill Down. I LOVE Drill Downs, they are SO much fun. I was usually the last freshman in last year so I was like, "Ok, I got it this year!" but nope, I didn't do so well during band camp. But then...Parent Preview...I WAS IN THE TOP 3. I was like HOLY SMOKES HOW DID THIS HAPPEN? It was me, DK, and Amy. So Mr. O. started calling commands and at one point I messed up, almost ran over Amy, but kept going anyway. So we 'halted' and I was facing the opposite way than DK and Amy, but I was like...NOPE. I'M NOT LEAVING UNTIL HE TELLS ME TO. It was funny. :]
Then we played the show twice, the second run was my best. It felt good. I absolutely LOVE the ballad in Part Three. And I have to agree with Shep, the whole show---visual and music---is really growing on me. Like...it doesn't feel like a 'petty' high school marching band show, it feels GOOD. That's the best I can explain... :P
Awards were good and fun, and then we got to see the seniors from last year. I MISS STEVE. I never thought I'd say that...but I MISS HIM. His sarcastic negative comments...you learn to love em. ;D
Ok, we have company coming over in like two minutes and I'm sitting here in my cami so I better go put a shirt on...ugh, it's hot.
BUT I GET TO GO TO DK'S SHOW LATER. I AM SO PUMPED. I'm debating whether or not to scream his name at the top of my lungs...he doesn't like when I do it...hmm...we'll see. ;D

Band Camp
It's funny, cause the week before band camp I was SO pumped up for it (haha, Soo Jin is PUMPED), but I was like, "Yeah, I'm so excited for it now but I bet during it I'll just be wishing it was over", but NOPE. I proved myself wrong! I LOVED band camp this year, it was just so fun and I've missed marching band SO INCREDIBLY MUCH. Plus I got a pretty good burn this year (which will EVENTUALLY turn into tan...please make that be soon...my shoulders have been hurting for a week...).
And the best part of band camp was...THAT WE FINISHED THE ENTIRE SHOW YESTERDAY. ON A THURSDAY. NOT EVEN THE LAST DAY OF BAND CAMP. IT'S DONE. COMPLETE. FIN.
We went through the last 10/15 pages SO fast...haha, we have the whole show done movement-wise but I still have to work musically at that part at S. Duh-duh DUH *shift to the right* duh-duh-DUH *shift some more* Yeah...
Band camp was good this year. :]

But after seeing it on the page I realized I didn't want you to read it cause it'd be wrong. You apologized. I need to accept it and move on. Just because I'm hurt doesn't give me the right to lash out at you. Pain never does anyone any good.
So I'm sorry if anyone saw that post the three minutes it was up.

Quote
Someone posted this quote on facebook and I like it, so I thought I'd share.
"Go ahead world...break me down, take the people I love away from me, watch me get hurt & my heart broken, and make me stand alone...But don't be suprised when I build myself back up and come back stronger than ever...It's time I start lookin out for number one."
I'm not saying that's how I'm feeling right now (for all you worryiers out there ;D), I just liked it, it's good.Monday, August 24, 2009
Rotten Day
To start...I was supposed to be at DK's right now. Well THAT didn't work. My mom wouldn't let me. Because...? Yeah, don't really know. But whatever. (uh oh! I said 'whatever'...my dad's noticed that when I say that I'm either in a bad mood or the "wall's" about to go up...yeah, me not in a good mood right now...)
So that stunk.
Morning went ok...learned some new drill, I actually kinda like it (my dots are easy) and there was a funny moment when Mr. O. told us to find Set #something, and so I was on the 50 and on the Front Hash, so I walked right over to it and right in front of me was Dave standing like 2 INCHES FROM ME. So we just kinda stood there and I was like, "Dave, this is my dot..." and he's like, "Yeah, it's mine too." So I was a LITTLE confused and then he was like, "Oh...wait...I'm looking at the wrong set number..." and he moved eight steps away. It was funny. :]
Then came lunch...lunch was ok, but DK was exhausted (which I can totally understand, logically he's supposed to be dead right now) so not much conversation and you know if you're around a really energetic person you feed off their energy and end up really hyper too? Well it was kinda like that. He was totally exhausted and just BLAH so I became just BLAH...which was not fun.
Afternoon was ok. I do NOT like the changes Mr. O. made though. They sound WEIRD and it is SO hard to play cause of the little bisque key. GRR.
Then we went outside...sixteen block to the right was TERRIBLE. OH MEH WORD. Wow...bad.
We ran sections of the show, reviewing and putting music and marching together and it was going ok, there's just one new part that I can't play and march at the same time. It's the fourteen triangle-circle-move-around-thingy. I'm not completely confident in the music (which doesn't help) and so I can't put the two together. I can do the marching just fine when I'm not playing, but yeah...
So then we did our huge run through. Top to bottom of what we've got so far (all of part one and two). And it was BAD for me...there's a part towards the beginning, the snap turn around that I don't like...cause then I'm doing backwards sideways technique (I prefer frontward sideways), and then I HATE the 13-14-15 turn around thingy. My stupid legs won't do it...GAH. And then after 7 beats AFTER that me and Julia have the run thingy and from the previous set I get so off that I have to like RUN to my next dot while trying to play a 16th note run...I stink at it.
Other parts of the show are really good and I did really well on, but of course me, perfectionist...can't look at anything but the flaws. So I was NOT in a good mood...plus, add on top of that my jaw was hurting (for like the first time in WEEKS, I was SO mad), and I have really bad cramps...uh-oh. DURING BAND CAMP. Somebody shoot me now...
And so when I got home I asked mom about going to DK's, and she said it was fine so I was ECSTATIC. I NEED a break from doing HW...I read SO much over the weekend. But THEN, we remembered that we have to bring Sam home, so....UGH.

???
I was watching TV (took a break from the book, I read about 100 pages today, SO PROUD OF ME) and a commercial came on for dog food and it was stuff about it was "cuisine-like" and all that junk and then at the end it said something like, "It helps your dog stay healthy and they'll want to eat it because it tastes so good."
So here's my thought: how do HUMANS know that DOG FOOD tastes good? Scary thought...

Hamster Cages=My Enemy
Take it apart...clean and scrub every little part...hand dry every part...piece it back together (for future reference, I have no idea how to read instruction manuels...I took it apart and put it back together at least three times...not kidding...)...wow...
Update On Me
I have way too many bug bites.
My legs are a mess (due to bug bites).
I'm itchy all the time (due to bug bites/peeling).
My sock tan is almost perfect.
I've memorized Part One and Two, working on Three.
I need to spend a good five hours reading to finish the AP book.
I miss David Kile.
I realized that Sam's right 99.47% of the time.
And I'm frustrated right now.

You know...
- she barely says a word during dinner
- doesn't react when her mom belches really loud
- falls asleep at the table
Yup...first day of band camp was great, I'm barely burnt (backs of arms and back of neck only) and I had a fun time, just...a little exhausted.
Off to finish secretary work (Woodwinds/Low Voices are losing...), and then off to try and get through some more of the book without falling asleep.

Family Bonding Time
The radio was on and I'm singing along with some songs I know and when "Bleeding Love" ended I changed the station, and it was Katy Perry!!!! So I'm sitting up in the passenger seat and I start bouncing up and down with the beat and singing along with "Hot N Cold" and we get to the chorus and ALL OF A SUDDEN, Josh (in the backseat) starts singing with me! I'm like, "You know this buddy?" and he just keeps right on singing and dancing (well...as close as you can get to dancing in a car) along to the song. So mom reaches over AND TURNS THE VOLUME WAY UP. Next thing I know, we're cruising down Main Street, music PUMPING and all of us singing, "Cause you're hot then you're cold! You're yes then you're no!" at the top of our lungs.
IT. WAS. HYSTERICAL.

"Napkin at my mouth..."
It's Sanya's birthday (WOOOO!!!! Yummy birthday breakfast this morning :D), and so we were all sitting around, enjoying a yummy meal, and I was UBERLY enjoying the Shirley Temple (best soda/drink ever made by humans) and well...I haven't had soda in awhile, at least not at the dinner table. So I had these MAJOR belches (not burps...BELCHES) and lemme tell ya...they were AWESOM. So after the first one I was like, "Oh that felt GOOD" and mom just kinda gave me the furry eyeball (why do the call it that? Her eyeball doesn't have any hair on it when she's glaring at me...people and their wackadoodle sayings) so I was like, "Oops...excuse me..."
We're eating...we're eating...another one comes! And it wasn't like, "Oh I feel it coming!" it was just BAM. HERE I AM. I AM THE MOST AMAZING BELCH. FEAR MEEEEEEEEEEEE.
Yep, it was EXACTLY like that.
So after THAT ONE I said, "Oh YEAH!!!!!!" and mom gave me a DOUBLE glare (all mom's must be given that special talent by God when their first child is born), so again, I said excuse me.
Later on, I heard an ITSY BURP and I looked over at mom and she was like, "See? I burped but I had my napkin in my hand at my mouth to be polite."
Two seconds later...my dad lets out the KING OF ALL BURPS. And a second AFTER the burp, he grabs his napkin and puts it to his mouth and says, "See? I have my napkin at my mouth." Oh MAAAAAAAN, mom was not happy with him. IT. WAS. HILARIOUS.
The rest of dinner was great...long story short, me and dad were quoting movies and Broadway shows again and cracking up hysterically while mom sat there fuming.
We had our napkins at our mouths for the rest of dinner...

How embarrassing...
I took a shower and then I went outside...our house is WHITE. WOW RACHEL. So I had to call him back and apologize for my color blindedness...or forgetfulness or whatever it's called. :P

Ergh!
I hate it when you're in the shower and you're shaving your legs and your mind is somewhere TOTALLY different than the razor and all of a sudden you cut yourself, jump, the razor goes flying, and you fall down into the tub. YEAH. Then you gotta get the razor, FINISH that leg...and then shave the other leg, with the constant reminder of pain and the trickle...well, no, it wasn't a trickle...the FLOOD of blood going down your leg...ERGH.
And it wasn't even like a TINY cut, it was like THE WHOLE RAZOR. The cut's about an inch and a half long and I have three blades in the razor so you can clearly see three lines of cuts and nicks...grrr...
Well, other than that, my day was pretty good.
Almost finished German homework, talked to some people, realized some more things...I think God's teaching me my lesson the very hard way with all this. :P
And then we had marching band. It was inside of course cause of the rain...but I thought it went well. I'm really liking the music and there's a few spots in each piece that I get a little break, so I'm happy about that.
AND OMWORD MEAGHAN SOUNDED SO GOOD TONIGHT. It was like....WOOOOOOOW. The tone that girl has...MMMMMMMM.
"The world needs a little more...Kyle Y." HAHA! I found that funny. :]
Oh, and then one time we were about to play at letter U and so we all started listing U words and Elise (LOVE HER) said, "You are really getting on my nerves with all these U words" and I laughed cause it was funny, and then I realized...OH. YOU. AS IN U. SO IT'S ANOTHER U WORD. So then I laughed even HARDER, and Mr. O. kinda thought I was a little silly. :P
Oh well, it was a good night, and I got a hug, which made me uber uber uber uber (I need a better word than uber...) happy. :D
Semantics
se·man·tics
NOUN: (used with a sing. or pl. verb)
The study or science of meaning in language.
The meaning or the interpretation of a word, sentence, or other language form: We're basically agreed; let's not quibble over semantics.
And yup...I'm afraid of what I don't understand. And I don't understand a lot lately. And when I get scared, I RUN.
Perfect example of semantics below. ;D

Idiot
Dentist
So I went to the Dentist this morning at 8:30, earliest dentist appointment EVA. And so now I am on a soft diet...which means like no meat (like steak, stuff I have to chew a lot) and the meat I can eat (mostly just chicken) has to be cut up into tiny pieces. No more hard candy, no more nuts (goodbye peanut M&Ms!), no more extra chewey stuff that could irritate my jaw further...
Apparently your jaw works with like a sock and disc sort of thing? Whatever, I dunno. But somehow I messed it up. The disc on the left side of my jaw is out of its socket, and I've also strained the tendon on that side of my face. Hence all the pain...this has just not been a good couple days for me...
So soft diet, two Aleve every 12 hours, and I have this heat press thingy I have to hold on my face for 20 minutes in the morning and at night.
Hah...the dentist was NOT happy that I have band camp in a week, cause playing aggravates it even more. So...we'll see what happens. And if my jaw doesn't get better in a few weeks then I'm gonna have to get a night brace for it or something like that...as long as I don't need surgery, I'm happy.
Sidenote: try typing an entire post one-handed sometime...you keep hitting all the wrong buttons and it takes forever to write a sentence. Haha...it reminds me of third grade... :P
UGH UGH UGH
I woke up this morning, took a shower, and I was doing ok. Not really that upset about anything, ate my yummy frosted mini-wheats, and watched some stupid TV...I was doing good.
But then my 'facebook stalker mom' (she calls herself that, I think it's hysterical), goes and reads my post from last night and sees what DK has up on facebook, so no duh, she realizes something was up last night. So she asked about it, and I just sorta semi-explained, not really giving that many details...not really wanting to go into it.
So I get on the computer...play a few words in Scrabble...oh shoot, I'll finish this post later, I have to go to the dentist for my stupid jaw.
Yeah well, moral of this blog post: I'm not happy.

Jumped off a cliff...
But then....things sorta went downhill. No...they sorta just jumped off a cliff and landed in lava...
Maybe I'll post more about it later...maybe not. Not sure what to think or what to do right now...hah, part of that is probably cause it's early morning and I was up late last night... ;D
Yeah, I dunno.

P. S. Cara
Haha, this has nothing really to do with Flair, but it has to do with the other thing you had on your blog Cara, about the religion article and all that.
Well...I was thinking, people get so hung up over what day the Sabbath really is and even the meaning of the Sabbath---how much work should be done, what's allowed, what isn't allowed...and honestly, it all seems kinda silly to me.
What would the bigger offense be? Worshipping God on a Saturday/Sunday (whichever you believe the Sabbath to be)? OR---not worshipping God at all? Do the details HONESTLY matter that much? And really, who cares if it's Saturday or Sunday? Shouldn't we be worshipping and praising God ALL days of the week?
If people spend all their time and energy on trying to prove that they're right and anyone different from them is wrong...then they become more focused on that than being focused on God.
It's enough for me to have my God and know that He loves me and I'm in love with Him.
Sometimes the details do matter to me, like when I'm defending my faith and the core values of what I believe. But other times it just seems so SILLY to me when you see two people (who both love the Lord and have studied His word) arguing over the details.
CARA
First, I will explain how to add Flair to your blog... ;D
- When you're typing out your post, look to the top where you have all the lists and options of how to edit your text. There's the bold and italics and some other stuff. Ok, so look over at the right hand side of everything. You have the spell checker, and RIGHT NEXT TO THAT is this little picture icon thingy. Click on that.
- A separate screen will come up, that says Blogger: Upload Images. There's two choices, to upload from pictures saved on your computer or to upload from the "web", that's the side you're gonna use.
- Find whatever Flair it is you wanna put up on the blog, and right click on it. A huge list of options will come up, and you wanna click on the one on the bottom that says Properties.
- Then, the Properties box will come up. The top says Protocol, and then there's Type, and then right below type is Address (URL). Copy the entire URL. (Ex: http://images.nliven.com/fb/getflair/pf_img/7dc2208a89fec056cfa96322e747a0ca29b2d22f.jpg)
- Now go back to the Blogger: Upload Images box, and paste the URL you just copied into the box next to where it says URL.
- If you have more than one Flair that you wanna add, just click on where it says Add another image.
- Then, on where it says Choose a layout, click whichever one you want to use. (I like to use the None, cause then I can move the Flair around easier)
- And then for Image size, I like to use medium.
- Then click UPLOAD IMAGE! It'll take a minute to load, and then click the DONE button.
- The Flair you added will be at the TOP of your post. Click on the Flair, and by holding onto it, drag it down your entire post until you get to the bottom. Now you're done! :]
Oh, and sidenote: when you add the Flair, the spaces between paragraphs usually get messed up, so you have to go back and fix it to how you want your post to be.

INSANELY AMAZINGTASTICALLY AWESOM
Tonight was INSANELY AMAZINGTASTICALLY AWESOM. Comfiest movie theater seats EVA...we should go see all our movies there DK. ;D
Carolina Crown is OFFICIALLY my favorite show this year!!! So goooooood...oh man...no words to describe, you all will just have to see it someday...mmmmmmmm...
Felt HoRRIBLE for Phantom...best show EVA last year, this year's isn't as good, but I still enjoyed it. They're in 7th though...ouch.
Blue Devils...man can they play jazz! I got the naked chicken bumps every ten seconds...good, but no my favorite.
I really liked the Cadets tonight too, more than I did when we were at Westchester. Doesn't grab me as much as some of the other shows though.
I was disappointed we didn't get to see Crossmen, that is just a FUN show.
Cavaliers were great, as always, amazing visual, and did you notice that as they got closer the echo got closer too? In the beginning, with the rope and the tubas, the further away the farther spaced the echo was, but the closer together they were the faster the echo. It was SWEET. Love that guard climbing up the trumpet section...LOVE IT.
Ok, I should head to bed, gotta wake up at 8 tomorrow morning to babysit.
AMAZINGUH NIGHT. :] :] :]= (<---Larry again!)

My Facebook Flair
'Frolicking'... ;D
"Everyone laughed their heads off..."
"Everyone laughed their heads off, which is not what literally happened but I like the idea of laughing heads becoming detached from bodies through extreme hilarity, so it is a good way to describe things."
"I ran a finger over my own upper lip. There were no hairs there and this was good. I wasn't sure about the ideas of hairs growing on my face. For one things shaving is dangerous. Dad often comes out of the bathroom with bits of blood-drenched toilet paper stuck to his skin. For another thing facial har is a sign that we evolved from apes."
"He defied the law of gravity. He went up but he didn't come down. Which means Newton got it wrong."
" 'Salim', she said, as if he were in the room, 'I'll have your guts for garters.' I had never heard this before and wondered what garters were. Kat told me later that they are what women used to wear around their thighs to keep their stockings up and they are elasticated. I do not think guts would be a tidy way of doing this."
"Aunt Gloria and Salim came at 6:24 p.m. on Sunday."
I LOVE that last one, sounds just like me. ;D
